  1. 5/26/2012: five small pieces of pineapple, 1/2 cup of spinach leave with spicy mustard, quarter of a small tomato with spicy mustard, 4 little bites of coleslaw. Not sure on the calorie count. Starting tomorrow, guess that what I’ll do. 30+ minutes of hooping in midday sun. Not eating past 7 pm. Tons of water.
